   As regular buyers and supporters of this particular branch, we were rudely spoken "about' by a middle aged woman with brown haired. We ask to hold 2 large items behind the counter while we continue to purchase more items. This woman advised the young girl behind the counter NOT to hold anymore items for us. My wife overheard and explained that we were still shopping and have every intention of purchasing these items. Then we overheard her saying that we were being disrespectful. Those comments are not necessary and to go out of your way to mock loyal customers is not appropriate. I understand and appreciate the volunteers and the work they do. But keep negativity to yourself thank you.

   The store was very sparsely filled, what was there though was very fairly priced. A lot of the stock seemed to have been put out only today, so perhaps their turn over of stock is quite high. The customer service, helpful and friendly

   I am very disappointed In the service I received by 2 of their long term truck drivers, 1 named Terry who is quite rude and the other 1 named Nils who is a liar. First experience I have had with them and it was a horrible one and I don't think I'll buy anything that needs to be delivered from that store again all because of the two unprofessional truck drivers they have. What they need to do is upskill on there customer service skills or if they are that unhappy in this job position than maybe they need to consider a new profession.

   Used to be good, now there’s nothing to look at. Take us back to the old store!!! *we spent a lot of money at this store, multiple times a week. since it’s changed, haven’t bought anything in three months

   It used to be a nice store with a great children's area. Since new management has taken over, it has turned into an empty, cold store. A real disappointment. I hope it returns to how it used to be.

   My family and I enjoy popping in after work to find a treasure or two. Unfortunately, for a few weeks now they have been closing at 4pm despite the shop hours sign on the window stating a closure time of 5pm.

   Been going here for years. I am often able to get quality things at a fraction of the retail price here. The service and staff have been generally really good and friendly however, there seems to be a shift as I have had a few unsettling experiences with the behind the counter staff recently in which has left me reluctant to return.
