Very happy with my visits to North Shore Dental, all staff are friendly and welcoming. Only one round of appointment reminders for 2 appointments on the same day. Great stuff! Special shout out to Toki and David thank you for your expert care and attention.
I have been very satisfied with my treatment at North Shore Dental and would be very happy to recommend them. The building is easily accessible being on the ground floor so there are no steps to climb. There is parking available and on entry the waiting area is spacious and very clean. I have found that Charmaine who treats me and her nurse are very sympathetic to my gagging and vertigo problems. They are welcoming and very patient. I couldn't hope for better service. Raewyn
As usual, polite, friendly, obliging staff who go out of their way to accommodate your appointment times. Excellent treatment by Claire with good advice for dental maintenance at home. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Great with wisdom teeth removal! Two uppers extracted quickly and easily with Dr Scott clarifying any questions I had, including questions around cost, putting me at ease. Wisdom teeth removal is not a fun experience overall but I think I got the best care I could at North Shore Dental.
Anthony is the best! I am so happy with the results! All their Team is amazing, including the Receptionists, Dental Hygienists and Dentist Assistants. The Orthodontist Team is fantastic as well and well priced. Highly recommend to anyone!
The receptionist (not all) is very unprofessional and unfit for the role. I visited twice as a new client, both were served by the same receptionist (she normally sits at the very left when you step in ) when I went there the second time for dentist consultation (Scott), I told Scott that I need pricing details as I need to see how much repair can be covered by my insurance in this year, Scott told the receptionist to email me pricing but nothing has happened in more than 5 days. Also, during my second visit, I talked to another receptionist and she asked me if I was given a gift pack(toothpaste brush etc) as a new client, which was not given to me, and she said “oh sorry, how rude was that?! Every new client is supposed to have a welcome pack”(this one is good and thank you). I can see the management has done a lot for customer care including Feedback emails, gift pack etc, but all of these is wiped off by unfit receptionist, gift pack is a small thing, delaying sending out quote might not be serious, but these little things make difference, as a client, we can see how the staff follow the company procedures.
