I recently had my second occasion to require Dr Sharma's services. Both times he has been the most professional and friendly doctor I have ever met. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease despite the nature of the visit. I am unlikely to need his services again but if I should, I will have no hesitation in returning

I have been going to Anil Sharma for over 14yrs and have had a few procedures done, he is a total gem, so caring, welcoming and informative. I have 100% trust and faith in Anil and he listens to your concerns and explains everything so clearly, he makes you feel very comfortable and important. Raelene his nurse is also so lovely to deal with, again very welcoming.
My GP referred me to Dr. Anil. I read the reviews, and I had the same extremely positive experience as everyone else. Dr Anil Sharma is very human in his approach. His medical expertise is paired with a high degree of empathy. My experience was that he went beyond what I was referred to, and cared to have a more holistic conversation about other factors (that I think are as equally relevant). I would strongly recommend Dr. Anil Sharma to anyone. This has by far been the most pleasant medical interaction I've ever had. Dr Anil, and Raelene are really kind by nature!
My experience with Dr. Anil Sharma was honestly amazing. My first appointment he listened and explained the possible options to address my issue. My surgery and recovery went as planned. I felt really supported and cared for by Anil and in fact all the team. All communication was timely. But most of all Anil was very kind. I really appreciated his kindness. Having any kind of surgery is scary, but if you do need it I highly recommend Dr. Anil Sharma.
Dr Sharma has a kind, calm manner. He explains procedures thoroughly, outlining choices and outcomes. I cannot fault anything in the process of my consultations and subsequent operation with him, and I highly recommend him. His practice nurse Anne is also very efficient and friendly.
I was really impressed with and grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr Sharma. I was a bit anxious about having been referred to a male gynaecologist, however Dr Sharma immediately helped me to feel at ease. He has a very caring manner and went to great lengths to explain my medical issues, the procedure I was having, the variations he might need to take and to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with it. I was anxious about the procedure having experienced birth trauma previously however Dr Sharma talked me through the whole thing and frequently checked in on how I was doing. He was clearly very skilled at his job. His communication and compassionate care was the best I've experienced from a doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a gynaecologist and am happy to continue under his care in the future.
Dr Anil Sharma is professional and kind and was a very good listener who made me feel really heard when asking about menopause medications. I liked that he made enquiries and followed up with me and my GP. He also completed a procedure on my first visit saving a much more expensive operation under a general anaesthetic. Highly recommended! Anne was also professional and helpful and the whole visit was remarkably stress free.
Dr Sharma and Anne were both amazing to me. Dr Sharma is thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and funny. They were both proactive in my care, all options thoroughly explained. The practice is well organised, future appointments and tests are seamlessly arranged and my appointments all ran on time.
Dr Anil Sharma is the kindest and most understanding specialist I have ever been in the care of. Anil is one in a million and I recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent gynecologist and surgeon. He literally saved my life. Everything was handled with the utmost respect and gentleness in what was, for myself, my husband and kids, a pretty scary diagnosis. But Anil explained everything fully, and was reassuring and an anchor during turmoil. I feel like a gained a friend in the process and felt very emotional at my last visit knowing I may not see him again (which is a good thing if I don't need to). I never felt rushed at any of my appointments. He took the time to see how I was doing and what was going on in my life. In short, he cared. Anne is an integral part of his team and steady, friendly and efficient. She ensures that everyone feels welcomed into his rooms and sorts out everything required for hospital admissions and follow up appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Anil Sharma and the lovely Anne for anyone in need of their expertise, empathy and great bedside manner!
