   I came to get an iud change in the Albany location. I was very anxious about the whole experience due to a bad experience in another clinic in another town. Both nurses (Te Aniwa and Sibongile ) were absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. They explained everything as they went and when my anxiety was really bad they allowed for a break until I was comfortable to move forward. I was in control the whole time and they were constantly checking in with me and ensuring they had my consent to move forward every step of the way. I wish every woman was able to have such a positive experience as I did with Te Aniwa and Sibongile. Thank you for your service and support.

   I have a male GP who doesn’t provide smears anymore so he referred me to this clinic. This clinic is great as smears are free or $10 (depending on the clinic) and nurses are super friendly. Went to the Te Atatu clinic and I can’t complain as the service was exceptional. Not for profit to ensure all females have access to essential women’s services at a low cost (or free). Highly recommend these lovely ladies
