Had my echocardiogram today after only waiting a week. It’s was a relaxed affirming experience, honestly I wish he was my GP. It’s not uncomfortable or frightening, I was reassured and everything was explained. Could not recommend more highly.
Will was very professional and thorough. I appreciated his explanation of the echocardiogram procedure. Will has a very pleasant manner and was prompt and helpful. I would recommend him to any person.
Will was very respectful and humourous with me; made my first ever ECG appointment comfortable and simple. Super easy going, would hugely recommend their practice to anyone.
My husband Rod was fortunate to get an appointment with Will to set up Holter monitoring for a week after seeing his doctor the previous day. Will explained very well how the procedure works before fitting the monitor. He emphasised that we could contact him over the week if we had any questions or concerns.
After a GP diagnosis of a heart murmur in February 2025 and advice that I should have an echocardiogram, I was told that the NZ Public Health System had a waiting list of 6-12 months. I didn't want to spend 12 months of my life under caution and restricted activity to prevent stress on my heart. I decide to go private, despite the cost, and was able to get an appointment with CardioLabs within 4 days. The cardiac sonographer, Will Robinson, was the consummate professional and kept me informed at every step of the process. It was actually relaxing and fascinating to see my heart in action. The cardiologist report came through within about 5 days. I have a very small 'flicker' in one valve, no action required. It was a great relief, made easier by their approach, thank you!
My appointment was arranged shortly after the referral from my GP and Will, who performed the Echocardiogram was delightful, very informative and efficient. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

From the time I contacted Will the service was outstanding. He was very accommodating when it came to the appointment day, time and location. Obviously having your heart check was anxious time however he had a very calming and reassuring demeanour during the procedure
Excellent service and very thorough. Lovely and knowledgeable Man - knew his stuff! More people need to be aware of and support this relatively young Practice. I went for a Cardiac ultrasound. We've already had the results back with 24 hours. Amazing.
