“Got discharged today after being looked after by the District nurses for 5.5 months. Whilst I am so happy to finally be discharged I am also so very grateful to have been taken such good care of by all the nurses who looked after me during that time. I definitely would not have healed so well without their help. Also shout out to 2 of the security guards who go out of their way to remember patient names, it makes coming in just that little bit more pleasant.”

“Surprisingly, it was an excellent experience for me today. I called reception early in the morning to see whether I and two of my relatives could get an apt ( walk in) and she booked us in before noon same day. I wasn't expecting the great customer service due to the reviews already posted but I'm glad I still went a head and experience it firsthand. Just regret not getting the lovely staff members names who assisted us today. They were very efficient, professional & super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. “I can't rate Robert Street Clinic highly enough, I saw Kyle for about a year and a half two years (will likely pop back now and then once I have a bit more time). I found his approaches to therapy holistic and reflective. He helped me process some trauma and supported me to feel more confident in myself and my ability to undertake the mahi I do. I also really like how he speaks up in our media about mental health and progressive political issues. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. X)”

“Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!”

“I have been using CPAP through the Sleepwell clinic for nearly a year now, and to be honest I have been flabbergasted by the high level of service that is offered, and the overwhelming sincere kindness that every interaction has generated. Everyone bends over backwards to solve every problem. This is true for the staff in the central clinic in Christchurch, but also equally true for the staff in the Nelson clinic. I use both types of CPAP machine, the stationary and the travelling so have generated a range of problems and questions, all of which have been dealt with promptly, kindly, and efficiently. The level of service goes way beyond what I would expect from a health service provider. In the latest instance, they telephoned me to see how things were going. I mentioned a slight problem, which was immediately dealt with. Amazing. thank you. Duncan”

“I came across Central Health Clinic from Grabone, was at the time trying to find a place to fix my back injury which happened over a year ago. I had seen quite many clinics, you name it in town, but never was able to get my back totally fixed - the remaining 20% was just so hard to get it away and I lost confidence from time to time. This clinic - it is definitely not the best appealing place, I agree with some of the reviewers. But this is not what I went to this clinic for. The clinician - David is not a talkative person, but very professional The treatments - I found my back starting to become better after 3 -4 sessions, which I have not experienced before. The session - it is about a couple of needles, bone adjustments and clinical massage. But you will be surprised how much these treatments can help your body, a typical 40-50minute session is well enough. Like all other treatments, things are not going to get better until a treatment period, typically 5-10 sessions. This clinic is not about selling massage service as some are after, it is a clinic good at treating body pains, injuries or other health issues. I have no hesitation to recommend it to you if you are after a genuine traditional Chinese clinic to help you improve your health condition. Many thanks to David and all the best to everyone!”
