    If there were a zero-star rating, I would choose it. This practice is unprofessional and deliberately avoids patient communication by only accepting voice messages. I will be lodging a formal complaint with ARDS, as I believe they should not be registered with the organization. They are failing to perform the duties for which they are funded and paid. I encourage everyone to lodge a complaint—our children’s oral health is our responsibility and should be a top priority

    Feeling insulted while talking to the lady when trying to schedule an appointment for my child who is suffer from toothache for two weeks. She was not listening to my concern and was being very rude on the phone.
