   I been visiting Laser Clinics Ponsonby location since early this year and really enjoyed with my treatment. All the facial therapist are so lovely and helpful especially Aiza! She has give me a consulted with my skin and so happy with the results. I am so sad that they will close this location but hopefully they will keep their lovely staffs because they are a true professional.

   I’ve been coming here for years for Botox and laser treatments and have always had a great experience. Recently, I booked a consultation for a new treatment I was considering. I expressed some hesitation to the nurse, as it sounded quite intense. After I voiced my concerns, she left the room and I overheard her speaking with another staff member. Instead of ways to reassure me, It was met with negative feedback — including the comment, “What is she worrying about? It’s nothing she will be fine.” It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and not the level of care or respect I’ve come to expect from this clinic. I would have really appreciated the other staff member coming into the room to offer reassurance of further information around the treatment, rather than criticising my concerns from a distance.

   I had an amazing experience yesterday with Aiza during my microneedling treatment. She was warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and explained my treatment every step of the way. She is one of the nurses there so I will definitely be back to see her soon for injectables

   I've found a star! I've been to Laser Clinics in Ponsonby for a while and have been lucky enough to be treated by some great therapists. I met Aiza a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love her work! She is really warm and friendly, whilst very professional and she really knows her stuff! She has such vast experience, and I walk away after my visits feeling rejuvenated, excited about new treatments to try and knowing I've done the best I can do for my skin. Thank you, Aiza!

   I have been seeing Asia for a number of years for botox along with a couple of other injectables! I have high expectations of what I expect from this service and Asia meets them all. She is a fantastic injector and I am always so happy with the results. She has a lovely sense of humour but remains professional, keeps the session light but is very meticulous with her care and helps me stay relaxed throughout the process. I highly recommend you go and see Asia is this is the service you are looking for.
