   Update- Thank you for your response. I stand by my review. I never said communication happened by Phone. Whether communication occurred by phone, text, or email does not change the substance of the issue. My review reflects how the matter was handled, not the volume or channel of communication. To clarify a few points: I do not accept the statement that appointments were “not attended” without notice. On each occasion where I could not attend, I communicated in advance. I did not receive the alleged reminder email prior to expiry. A system screenshot showing that an email was sent does not confirm receipt or awareness on my end. At the time of purchase, expiry and forfeiture were not clearly highlighted. The marketing emphasis was on buying in bulk to save, rather than purchasing individual sessions, with no clear warning that prepaid treatments could expire or be forfeited despite advance communication. Regarding tone: Phrases such as “I am usually quite flexible” followed by a refusal, and references to what would “normally” be forfeited, come across as dismissive rather than solution-focused. That is the basis of my comment about professionalism. While tone may be subjective, customer experience is valid. My review does not contain false statements; it reflects my genuine experience as a paying customer, which I am entitled to share. ---------- Terrible service and unprofessional tone from the owner Very disappointed with the way this was handled. The owner’s communication was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking basic customer respect. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the tone of the responses felt defensive and unhelpful. There was no clear communication about expiry terms at the time of purchase, and when concerns were raised, they were brushed off rather than addressed properly. As a paying customer, I expected transparency and professionalism — not attitude. I would not recommend this business based on how customers are spoken to when there is a problem.

   Love the team at the Laser Clinic - St Lukes, Auckland! They are always very friendly, professional, and welcoming. My allergy treatment with Lavinia over the last six months has delivered great results. Lavinia was very kind, super knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, which was very reassuring. The clinic is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

   Highly recommend this particular clinic. The staff here are so friendly and very professional. Felt super looked after and accommodated during my laser hair removal appointment, and just overall such a great experience. If you’re looking to get laser hair removal this clinic is the one you should visit! They are also super affordable, often doing such good discounts.

   Have been going here for more than a year and my experience has been really good. I started just with the underarms laser as I was apprehensive at first but it worked so well that I went ahead with more. The clinic is super clean and the lady was so kind and helpful with advice when I had questions. Would happily recommend to anyone as the service is worth it.
