   I really enjoyed my treatment today — the yellow LED light session was relaxing and effective. I originally booked a HydraFacial, but the team let me know it isn’t recommended while breastfeeding. I really appreciated their focus on safety, and they were great about freezing my prepaid HydraFacial so I can come back for it once I’ve finished breastfeeding. Excellent service and care!

   Yesterday I had an amazing skin needling treatment with Jane at Northlands Laser Clinic. She explained every step of the procedure thoroughly and was extremely professional while creating a very relaxed and enjoyable environment. My skin is glowing.    Overall technicians were fine and friendly and facilities are nice! However despite being a pretty ideal candidate for laser (lighter skin tone and dark hair), there is minimal hair reduction let alone removal after 10 treatments. Not a whole lot of guidance or change with treatments after mentioning feeling unsatisfied with results a few times. I wouldn't recommend, will try my luck with another clinic! Probably the reason they're the cheapest laser in the biz.

   Nicola was fantastic! I cant speak highly enough of her. She explained everything so thouroughly to me and always made sure i was comfortable. Lovely and friendly and very professional. She also introduced me to another procedure for my skin using LED, which thanks to her, i will now also look at having regularly. I wont go anywhere else now.
