I have had a float, sauna and ice plunge and massage with serenity. Every time I have come it has been such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The after session lounge is a nice touch and great ending to each experience.

An incredibly calm experience as soon as you walk in the front door. For taller folk, I am 6ft 2 and didnβt touch the sides of the float at all β super spacious and relaxing. I left with a clear head and feeling fresher than I have been in a long time. Great for mental clarity and physical recovery. 100% recommend!
Love Serenity, have used two of the float tanks and the sauna. The atmosphere is super relaxing, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Looking forward to trying more offerings.
Went for my first float with them today, and I have to admit i was nervous coming into this as this was my first float, and i didn't know what to expect. From the moment i entered serenity. I was warmly greeted by the gentleman who was at the front desk, i unfortunately forgot his name but he was super cool, very easy to talk to, he gave me a good run down of what the room was and what was what and all. I decided to go with the tranquility room, which was slightly smaller of the other rooms, but i wanted to feel incased. It was quite the experience being shut off from the outside, but it was exactly what i needed. After i finished, someone had just canceled for a massage as i was sitting down, so hey, how about that for good timing. I decided to get a massage with Saskia ( I hope i spelled her name correctly) she was very good, and i have unbelievable tight muscles, especially around my hips and lower back, which she focused on releasing them and my goodness it was sore but needed, she was very mindful through the whole massage making sure i was ok and to say anything at all if the pain got to much. The end result was my back and hips felt as if they had melted in a good way. I would highly recommend her if you need a good message. I'm definitely coming back again. Thank you, Serenity

First time attending a couples float here yesterday - was very pleasant and an awesome, calming experience. Was welcomed by the owner upon arrival who was absolutely lovely, very happy and genuine and met another staff member who was also very lovely and she helped answer any questions and sales we had. Would recommend, and we will be back again for sure!
