“Updating my review 21/10/2024 This was the least traumatic/scary sexual health appointment I’ve ever had. My doctor was wonderful - patient, calm, respectful, profeesional, empathetic. She gave me control over every single aspect of this otherwise scary process. Big fan of this clinic and I will be back for other needs. Review from September 2024: I think SWA is a great place that does important work. I don't love that they reschedule my appointment without consulting me. I also don't love that they insisted they tried to contact me about my appointment change when I have no texts or emails to that effect or any missed calls from them. I had already taken off work for my original appointment, so this is frustrating and damaging.”

“Wait time is a little long, but that’s to be expected with 1 doctor, very professional, receptionist is very nice, and very informative. Reading everyone else’s reviews, I’m a little shocked, firstly, I’ve sat there in the waiting room, I’ve watched the receptionist get abused on a daily by people who want to approach her in a rude manor, I’ve seen people moan about seeing only 1 patient in the room but waiting for a long period of time, I would tell those people, your time slot doesn’t always mean you’re seen on that exact time, different patients require different medical assessments and care which inevitably takes general seeing times over the usual. I for one am grateful for the doctors here in Clendon, it’s cheap and it’s just down the road, convenient for my grandmother, people who are moaning need to put our doctors and other countries doctors in perspective, you can’t just walk in to a doctors and expect to be seen in other countries, be grateful and count your blessings we have this service, because others whom are dying on the streets in other places can’t afford this convenience.”

“I am so happy that I made that first appointment to see Serena. I had tried acupuncture way back in the past but without great success. But I was at my wits end with the pain I was having in my hip/leg that doctors and osteopaths hadn’t been able to help. The first visit brought so much relief it seemed like magic. I continued to see her and even once that issue was resolved I have seen her for subsequent injures and also general help with my wellbeing. She helped my diverticulosis immensely with Chinese medicine and I have not had a diverticulitis flare in ages which has saved me having to take masses of antibiotics. I will continue to see her (even if I don’t have an issue) for acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine, as she helps me so much with my immune system and health and wellbeing. “I worked with Staf for sleep therapy and it has genuinely changed my life. I had severe insomnia for about a year, with years of on and off problems before that.
