   Shout out to Marion! She was a breath of fresh air after the series of terrible services I've been getting at the Willis Clinic. There has been a high staff turnover of late and it's made the service and comfort really inconsistent going into this branch. There have been significant changes to the servicing, I'm impacted by their removal of the half face laser service. I've had to resort to the full face which costs more and the therapists have ended up treating unnecessary areas which have become an issue now. This feedback has been provided many times but their customer service is what needs the makeover. Unfortunate to have had to resort to a google review.

   Booked in and got ready and down there. Got a call less than an hour beforehand saying they were changing my booking time to one that wasn’t convenient for me, because they had double booked me. They blandly offered me another couple of days both of which didn’t work. There was no sympathy or offer of a refund and the person on the phone was pretty rude. Not the attitude I was looking for in my first time wanting to go to get laser. Would recommend going somewhere with a little more compassion

   Poor experience with laser clinics Willis st. Booked a session before a sporting event. Organised to have the day off work and was called 50 minutes before appointment to be told no one could do the treatment. Was told I’d get a call back which didn’t happen so I called them the next week and was told they would need to ask a manger and call me back. Which also did not happen. After calling them the 3rd time over 2 weeks later they said they would get someone else in to do the treatment. I already had the day off and was forced to go to another laser clinics branch to get the treatment done in time for the event. No refund offered, poor communication and rather disappointing from a so called industry leader to put $80 over customer service. Id recommend avoid laser clinics or use another branch. Reply: Sickness cannot be avoided but charging clients for a service not provided can entirely be avoided. In fact I arranged and paid for another service myself because I was not contacted by Willis at branch as agreed. So you have offered an irrelevant service too late and did nothing to remedy the inconvenience caused by your business. Only refused to refund a client for an un provided service.

   I recently got my laser done at laser clinics and I am really happy with my results, with just few sittings, I can see the results. Also the staff is very kind and helpful, specially Marion, she greeted me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!!

   Laser clinic Willis has a well informed team on their services, great advice and suggestions on using/complimenting your product purchased. Katie did my recent facial peel, I felt comfortable with her. The place is clean and has a good sense of *calm*. Katie, on a Sunday afternoon via email quickly helped book my Monday treatment as I was struggling to make an appointment online. Thank you.

   I recently had a consultation, followed by skin needling and LED treatment. It was my first skin appointment and Katie was so helpful in giving me tips to add to my skin care routine, was honest about the products that would add the most benefit and what treatment would suit me. I was a bit nervous about my first needling session, but she made me feel at ease. I'm looking forward to going back for my next appointment. A lovely clean and professional clinic.
