   I recently had a laser treatment and I’m really happy with the results! The clinic was clean, professional, and welcoming. The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The procedure was quick, and although there was a little redness afterward, it faded within a day or two. I’ve already noticed a visible improvement in my skin Definitely worth it – I’ll be going back for follow-up sessions!

   It was my first time getting laser treatment and I was honestly a bit nervous, but Darshana at the Laser Clinic made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. She was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their comfort. Her calm and professional manner instantly put me at ease. I walked out feeling well taken care of and more confident about continuing my treatments. Highly recommend her if you're new to laser!!

   The new management/ new manager/new staff are worse than before , I have been trying to swop the treatments as I have bought 5 sessions of facial treatments but I only used it once as I did not like the treatment, first time I rang them over a month ago , the staff said she will ask the manager and call me back ,which is never happened! Then I booked in for laser hair removal and the manager said she is going to give me a call the same day! to work it out how many sessions I can have (after swopping to the treatments I'd preferred) and I've waited for 2 weeks , then I rang up been told that she will let the manager email me, anyway I am not very happy with your service, be professional!!!, if you don't have a service mind then this job is not for you . The work there seems very fast and sloppy compared to other places I have done. You need to trend your staff more with customer service and be professional!

   I've been a regular at Laser Clinic for a little while now for laser hair removal (full legs) and the gals there are always to amazing. I've just had my first session with Veshali and she's so accommodating, friendly and so easy to get along with. She not only explained what she's doing but also why she does it - and it provides extra comfort knowing you're being taken care of by the best. I can only sing her praises and I cannot wait to see her again in August! Highly recommended
