   I have had a few issues here. Sometimes, there may be long waits. I do not mind this if someone tells me how long the wait is going to be. I will just come back. However, if you are even a little late they will not want to do your whole appointment. Initially, you have a consultation and then they tell you the areas that can be done. On the first occasion I was told they can only do half of my leg, then later someone else told me it was ok and started doing this. This same thing happened with my arms and back. Each time someone saying that they could only do half as the hair on the other half was too thin ... ultimately saying yes for the other half. There is also huge inconsistency in how they do the laser itself some people spacing out the laser device a lot more while others less.... which gives inconsistent hair growth. I prepaid my sessions. I noticed that one of them tells me that I have a certain number of sessions, when I ask again it is different. How they enter how many sessions someone has paid for is greatly flawed. I started recording how many I paid and have had to argue with them to ensure I received what I paid for. My last straw was when they told me that I was going to loose a session because it expires!!!! No one tells you when you buy these prepaid sessions that they have a expiry on them, I am so glad I only bought a few, even though it was suggested that I buy 10... I am now using a different clinic to do my laser.

   I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year and have always had a great experience. The whole team is lovely, but Georgia really stands out. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease, no judgement, no rush, just real care. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why, and checks in throughout so you know you’re in good hands. What I really appreciate is that she actually remembers you, your skin, your previous treatments, what worked and what didn’t. It feels personal, not just transactional. It’s rare to find someone who is both genuinely kind and really skilled at what they do. I always leave feeling comfortable, informed, and looked after. Highly recommend.

   Saw Rupert for cosmetic treatment and so happy with the results. Rupert was super friendly, informative, and reassuring, and really took the time to explain everything. He was gentle and careful, and gave me great advice for future treatments too. Such a positive experience and look forward to going back.

   I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Laser Clinics New Zealand. The lack of responsiveness from their online support team left me feeling completely ignored and unheard. I reached out via email regarding a query about my pre-paid treatments, and it took them a whole month to get back to me – if they responded at all. Their so-called "support" email was essentially non-existent. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the franchise owner, Louise Stuart, hoping for some clarity and assistance. Sadly, my attempts to get in touch were met with silence for days on end. It's incredibly disappointing when a business can't even provide basic communication with its customers. What's even more frustrating is that the pre-paid treatments I had purchased were not accurately reflected in their online portal. This made it nearly impossible for me to keep track of my remaining sessions, and it became clear that I wouldn't be able to use up all the treatments before leaving New Zealand. All in all, my experience with Laser Clinics New Zealand was a total rip-off. The lack of customer support, coupled with the non-transparent pre-paid treatment system, left me feeling cheated and unheard. I had high hopes for their services, but unfortunately, they fell far short of delivering a satisfactory experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before committing to pre-paid treatments.

   Laser is something I have always wanted to do but the price and my self consciousness put me off. After hearing from a lot of my friends about the awesome results they got at Laser Clinic Dunedin. I decided to give it a go. The team make you feel very comfortable and welcome. They are always on time and friendly. And it’s the cheapest in town. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to start getting laser the results are amazing.

   I have been getting laser done here for almost a year now and i absolutely love it! The ladies are amazing and never fail to provide good care. I've been thinking about treating my skin for so long, and I was finally able to get my microdermabrasion done yesterday, and it was perfect- the consultation, the treatment, the relaxation and advice was all you could ask for. Laser clinic is a great place to start if you're feeling unsure about trying anything new. Looking forward to my next treatment!
