    One of the staff was extremely rude to me, the one with the bad cough and the scruffy chin beard. He was impatient, dismissive, and swore at me. Didn't even take the smoke out his mouth to talk to me. I won't be going back as long as he's there.

    We have used the good shed multiple times but they really came through for me today when they delivered a trailer of base course for me within an hour of opening and totally saved the day. Appreciate you guys heaps! Thank you again :)

    I had a very disappointing experience at Goods Shed Garden Supplies in Naenae. The customer service was rude β€” staff were shouting when talking to me and showed no willingness to explain or disclose product information. They seemed to assume customers already know everything about their products. The management should review their camera footage to see how their staff treat customers β€” it’s unacceptable. Unfortunately, since there’s little competition in this area, we don’t have many other options, but the attitude and professionalism here really need improvement.

    Terrible customer service and misleading pricing. I was overcharged despite the pricing clearly displayed on their website. Staff were dismissive, rude, and refused to load more than 1/2 mΒ³ onto a trailer that can safely handle far more. I was then told the advertised bulk pricing only applies if ordering on the same day β€” a condition that is either buried or not stated anywhere. Completely unacceptable. I’ll be buying my materials elsewhere from now on and recommend others do the same.

    I've been a regular customer of the Goods Shed for years, both personally and commercially. I recently had a delivery from the goods shed, who managed to take out my fence. Not just a crack, not just a broken post, but the entire fence snapped at the ground, and dragged out across the footpath. The driver offered an apology, but no suggestion of helping remove the fence now blocking the footpath - I had to do that myself. I spoke with the branch manager by phone, who basically told me it's my problem, and I should call my insurance company. This company takes a poor attitude to customers, and attempts to absolve itself of any blame when they make mistakes. I'm not upset about my fence being written off, but I'm appalled at the attitude the company has shown to me with regard to the damage they have caused and their reluctance to put this right. The goods shed seem to be one of those companies where the products are decent, the service is generally good, but if something isn't right, it's an absolute nightmare to deal with them.

    Not the greatest customer focused experience. I used one of there trailers a few years ago and it shorted my cars electrical system. I have a boat trailer and car trailer and they both work perfectly. It stopped all lights working on the car so I had to get this fixed $250- plus gst I tried to engage with them but they were very dismissive and some what arrogant in that it was my problem. I am now aware that this has happened before with at least one other customer. I mentioned it again recently and they let it slip that they had the issue with other customers. It is appalling that they still let there trailers out knowing full well that the lights have a short in the system some where. I use to get my firewood from them but now source it else where.
