“Update- this little place no longer operates as a cafe. But instead is a cute venue and pizzeria and bar. Hours can vary so best to check out when they are open for pizza and drinks. The best little cafe in Westmere. We went to a birthday party here and it had an awesome private tiny theatre and private garden. There was also the public cafe with delicious food and coffee.”

“Amazing staff and amazing coffees. I went in with my team’s orders, about 8 coffees and other sweet treats. They whipped up the coffee order in minutes. And the cabinet food was delicious. They got my matcha order perfectly! Going to be regular here now. Thanks for your quick and lovely service ❤️”

“This is an amazing store, selling alot of food stuffs from overseas. For sale is bacon, jams, coffee (at a great price), different meats, cheeses. It's only open Friday and Saturday. This is a must go to shop.”

The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service made it a truly special experience. Fungi Pizza was absolutely incredible—hands down the best fungi pizza in Auckland! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the mushrooms were so fresh and flavorful. We were so impressed that we asked the staff where they sourced their mushrooms. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back and create more beautiful memories here.”

“Gorgeous spot tucked on the top end of town. I can honestly the best sushi I’ve had in New Zealand and even rivalling tastes from my travels to Japan. Pricing was well and truly fair for the quality and the staff there were so joyful. Can’t wait to come back ❤️”

“Ordered the Great Big Breakfast for brunch today. Definitely hit the spot, satisfying my hunger pains after a big gym session. Scrambled eggs (extra eggs) cooked to perfection. Breakfast sausage full of flavor, hash brown golden and crunchy. Bacon cooked just right. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The Cafe had a nice warm and homely vibe. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for somewhere nice to eat.”

“A gem of a place, super delicious coffee and incredible cakes and pastries, we wanted to try everything and got a few different bits but the caramel, pear and walnut tart was a definite stand out. We sat outside with Gus the dog and he very much enjoyed it and was very spoilt. Lovely owners and so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for having us, we will be back!”

“I recently visited Neil Cafe and bar and was truly impressed by the outstanding quality of my meal also a very reasonable price especially considering the quality of the ingredients. I had a slow cooked pork belly on mash with fresh salad. The meal was very generous in size and I was sorry when I had finished despite being unable to eat anything else cos I was very full! Seriously it's my favorite place to eat now.”
