“I went to Everest Indian Restaurant in Parklands yesterday. The food was really delicious, and I was very impressed with their service. The staff were polite, kind, and very respectful. They truly cared about the customers’ needs. Along with the great food, I also received wonderful customer respect. I’ve never experienced such amazing service anywhere else before. I’m very happy with the service I got yesterday, and I’ll definitely visit again next time. It was an amazing experience!”
“We started our trip in South Island, New Zealand by having dinner in here. During our 2 weeks trip, this is the best Thai restaurant we ever had. Before we fly back to our home, we finished our trip by having another dinner. Red curry fish and sweet chilly fish are very recommended as well as the Tom yum soup. The staffs are very kind.”
“Came into dinner for our mums 60th, and the food was immaculate. Fresh, hot, big plates, very flavoursome, good amount of veggies, well presented. Service was great and people in the kitchen are very nice. Support local guys, you won’t be disappointed!!”
“I eat here at least once a week. I’m a real big supporter of Thai food and I must say the food is absolutely delicious, it’s well priced and the customer service is absolutely first class.”
“Got Thai hot lamb chef special. Was Beautiful dish full of meat and vegetables and a great sauce with heat. Also got the Curry Puffs and they were also very good.”
“High quality very nice. Good service, clean area, kind staff, excellent food, fast serving times. Definitely recommend this place to eat at. We had a completely vegan dinner and it was beyond good — great noodles, and HIGHLY recommend getting the green curry.”
“An absolute must-visit! The food is simply superb, with standout dishes like the lamb shank, tender and full of rich flavor, the perfectly crisp squid, and the irresistibly crispy pork bites. Every bite is a delight!”
“Good experience and quality yummy fresh food. Nelly, the waitress, provided wonderful service and recommended dishes that exceeded our expectations! Everything is beautiful and will definitely go back again with friends.”

“Very delicious food, after looking for an authentic Turkish restaurant we finally landed on one that was very much tasty. Would highly recommend people to go here, friendly chef, clean and spacious area. Definitely worth your money. By far best food we have had in Christchurch since coming here for a Holiday.”
“Loved this place. Lovely views across the river, great food, good service and good selection of brews. Had the lamb rack and market fish and both were excellent.”

“After check in at the Quality Hotel Elms, we wandered downstairs and asked the front desk about nearby pubs with patios. The ‘concierge’? said, “we have a patio”. I said “I need craft beer that is not Heineken or Budweiser”. The concierge smiled and said “we have that”. I said “show me this goodness”. We sat outside on the Fig Restaurant and Bar patio for a few hours and ran the Monteith's brewery tap list. We were lucky in that this seemed to be the only pub/bar in the area that actually had a patio and we made the most of it. Beer was great. Service was great. I think they also ran the restaurant in the hotel but am not 100% sure so wont comment on the food.”
“My wife and I had been talking about going to Barberra over the last week, only to see a recent Instagram post indicating some changes coming - which motivated us to pop in. The main attraction being the Kokoda (pronounced Ko-kon-da), which is a Fijian version of the Samoan oka / raw fish. We were looking forward to the Beef Rib which featured on an online menu but wasn’t on the in-house menu when we arrived. We thought they seemed short staffed given the number of diners - but to be honest, we didn’t feel we waited very long at all. The frickle (fried pickle) is a bit weird and sweet, but apart from that the rest of our dishes were great - including the kokoda. Only other very minor gripe was the pork belly which wasn’t as tender as we hoped but we still shovelled that down. Would easily return if the opportunity arises.”
