   We've tried the pizza club in Tauranga which taste amazing. Ordered the same pizza here which tasted different. Pizza club needs to standardise quality and taste of their pizzas throughout NZ

   Ordered 2 butter chicken pizzas. They arrived, I opened the box and they smell burnt. I checked the pizza base which was soaking with oil (deep fried pizza) also couldn't chew the crust, because it was overcooked. I called the shop and one of the staff members didn't even apologise. She said I have to file a complaint online. I did that 8 weeks ago and no response until today. Horrible pizza and service

   Does anyone remember Eagle Boys or Pizza Haven? From the 90s? This place reminds me of that style pizza. Pan base with crispy crust. I see some 1 stars. However, I didn't have that experience. The touch screen was easy to use, and I had a 10-15 min wait. It was a busy Wednesday night. - Meat lovers 8.8/10 $21.99 Large Crust had great crisp, under the topping was a thin layer of bbq sauce, which I like as opposed to a pizza that's doused in sauce. Meatball pieces are the best topping. I wish more of it was on the pizza. Blame price - Cheese pizza 7.5/10 $9.99 Small Same base as the meat lovers, nice cheese used, and nice grill bubbles on cheese.

   This is a regulation pizza club outlet at a convenient location. The food preparation is good and quality of pizzas and other products is nice. The online ordering system is well maintained too. Ample car parks are available for a quick visit to pick up food. A few tables are also available for eating food in the store. The staff is nice and helpful too. The only reason for a 4 star rating is the prices of the products which are higher than usual and many a times seem unjustified. Otherwise well recommended.

   Usually impressed with the service, cleanliness of the shop, quality of the food and ingredients. The pizzas seem to be made with care, not thrown at it. However, the last time I went, I arrived within 10 minutes of the order being ready, but the food was obviously not kept hot in any way. Nobody wants cold garlic bread. Much too cold to have my usual slice on the way home. Had to reheat in the oven upon reaching home, 5 minutes later. Most disappointed

   Having heard good thing's about this place, went there for the first time today. Got a Spicy Chicken Pizza & Curly Fries. Very impressed, the food was awesome. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. I told my sister about it and her family will be going there tomorrow. Well Done Pizza Club, I'll definitely be back.

   Bought pizza, kumara fries and cheesy garlic bread for around $40. Went to pick it up at the estimated ready time, but when I got there the staff was very dismissive and told me the sides were done but the pizza needed some time. I waited right next to the counter while they called others up and gave them their orders, for half an hour until I eventually went up myself to check and they gave me the food that had been sitting there for the last 10 minutes. By the time I got to eat it the sides were cold and pizza was lukewarm. Not worth the price.

   Not cheap, but good for sure. Time management could be better, have picked up twice now, always had to wait for an extra 10 minutes ( minimum) Picking up again tonight at 8pm. Will write another update later. 3rd time lucky? John. Update; pick-up time was given to me at 20.05 Picked up at 20.00 got home 3 min later to find Pizza warm and Chips to cold to eat. Returned to shop, they made me new once.. But what a waste of my time, and petrol. NOT HAPPY
