I ordered garlic prawns pizza and received meat lovers pizza! I called the store, the staff there said that they got a oder for meat lovers lol and asked me to come to the store next day and meet the manager! Such a disappointing customer service! Not recommended at all, pathetic service!
Ordered family size The Lot, but it was drenched in oil, the entire crust was yellow and soggy from the oil. Asked for additional sauce (Creme Fraiche) which we did not get. The toppings were over fried, dried and super salty.
The pizza kinda' sucked. Probably THE WORST domino's pizza I've ever had. Congratulations!! What an achievement that is. The worst... This terrible thing you call a "pizza" had barely any toppings on it at all. Not even a good amount of CHEESE!??!?? LIKE COME ON, IT'S A PIZZA, RIGHT?? The base wasn't even cooked nicely either. To make this disgraceful pizza edible we had to add on our own sauce, our own cheese and our own pepperoni. It's an understatement to say I'm terribly disappointed in this meal. tIdr; I highly recommend that you avoid going to Domino's Orewa at all costs.
What's happened to the Domino's brand? Excellent delivery times, packaging and service software. However, what about the actual pizza? Domino's have cost cut their products so much that their pizza's resemble thinly coated bread bases and lack any real toppings! I don't normally post reviews but my experience tonight is beyond poor and I will never order again.
Tried multiple times in the hopes it's better, but every time the pizza comes with basically no toppings. Two out of three times it took 45 mins longer than the given 'ready time' as well. Worth the trip to Red Beach for a better pizza.
When I went they completely messed up my order, making a meatlovers without any meats, plus adding capsicum. As well as this, I think the pizza wasn’t even cooked properly, as the sauce was still all runny. Was very disappointed as this was my first time going to Domino’s Orewa
Everything was of amazing quality. Great food and lovely employees. I definitely adored the modern layout of the store and the cleanliness. If you’re looking for a quick yet flavourful fast food... Would unquestionably recommend domino’s Orewa.
My first time going I was overcharged but the pizza was great. I got given a voucher after writing a complaint. Went back another time and the pizza was awful (too much cheese and hardly any toppings) and nowhere near what I had ordered, so had to go through the complaints process again, and have been given another voucher. A very hit or miss restaurant from my understanding, as they are fully capable of making good pizza but sometimes don’t live up to their own standards. All that aside, the staff are very friendly.
I guess people don’t typically expect the “best” pizza from Dominos, but I have to say I had a couple of damn good ones the other day! Fresh, hot, delivered fast and loaded with so many toppings it was almost too much! Almost… Good work from the new store and keep it up! Hopefully this is normal and not just an opening special
