   On Oct 1st 2025; Phallyn served us... She has such a warming and hospitable service... She greeted and welcome us as we came in, explained the menu quite well and had a lovely chat while waiting for our order. It looked like she was working alone that day handling the customer service, the cooking, clearing tables and phone... Good management and prioritising skills...She's a good representation of your company. I hope she gets a well deserved reward and recognition...She works soo hard!!!!

   Absolutely love the pizza here at the Massey location! It’s consistently delicious and the service is pretty good too. The seating area is small, so I usually just grab it to take away. Seriously, one of the best around!

   I love sals but super disappointed tonight, I ordered food online at 4:39. Confirmation said order would be ready at 5. They hadn't even started cooking the pizza when we arrived. Took another 25 minutes from then with an empty shop. Went straight home to find all of the garlic knots were completely raw and pizza had next to no cheese and was stone cold... Called up and got a couple of free garlic knots for next time... Big whoop

   Sals is our go to pizza and every time we order from Westgate chain, we are so disappointed of the quality. It was much more disappointment yesterday and blue cheese sauce has oil split and cheese pizza ordered was more like tomato pizza with hint of cheese..
