“The flowers for my mother's funeral were ordered from Copseford via the funeral director, but I gave an outline of what I thought my mother liked. I couldn't have asked for better! The casket flowers were just the best varieties and colours, and very generous - loads of roses and lisianthus, not filled with too much greenery (just enough to offset the blooms), really fabulous - and the bouquet ordered separately by my uncle's family matched perfectly and was equally generous. My mother loved flowers and would not have wanted them wasted withering on her grave, so I made the most of them and we had vases going for a good two weeks afterwards. We had used Copseford for my mother's 100th birthday a couple of years before as well - very highly recommended!”

I didn't have any ideas or figure out what to describe. Susan produced the wow factor, not just with colour but gave us an artistic and creative display. Susan knows design and flair. And modern! The display was all class and had a cutting edge look, way more than the normal traditional type bouquets/designs. “Flowers on Pollen is an AMAZING service! I have used them twice now and the flowers delivered have been beautiful. Their customer service is also incredible. I was trying to arrange a flower delivery to a rural area after a family loss and unfortunately due to the location and an upcoming public holiday the courier service was going to be delayed. They promptly called me to discuss the new expected delivery date and kindly gave me the option of a full refund as I explored other options to get flowers delivered sooner. Another company I went with fell through last minute so I emailed Flowers on Pollen back over the weekend and they were so kind and considerate to help me fulfil the order. The staff I spoke to over the phone and email were so lovely and compassionate during a hard time for my family. The card message I got to include with the flowers was also beautifully handwritten.
