   I ordered flowers by phone for a very special friend's birthday and trusted that they would be lovely. They were absolutely beautiful! They were delivered within a few hours for a very small fee. My friend was thrilled and said that they were exquisite and so very fresh with a variety of interesting blooms. I was very happy with the helpfulness of the lady I spoke with and the pricing of their arrangements.I certainly would recommend Flowers by Joanne to anyone from out of town who is ordering from a florist not personally known to them. The flowers have lasted over 3 weeks now, with just a few needing to be pulled out as they die. I've still got most of it on display!
