My sister and I live in different cities from our mum who lives in Napier, we wanted to get her a gift basket along with a bouquet but trying to time it so she would get it together on her birthday seemed impossible. We called a few florists to try and get the gift basket sent to them so a friend could collect them both at the same time, we had numerous people turn us down. A beautiful buttonhole and corsage arrangement! I called and I felt so bad it was last minute but you somehow managed it without a hitch and I am thankful you were able to do this for me for the Enchanted Ball. The flowers were the exact colours I wanted and you matched the ribbon perfectly to my dress. I am freezing the flowers to try and and get them preserved into a special home decor piece to remember the evening. I will be 100% coming back to your wonderful florist again! Thank you!
A seamless phone order experience. Not only was the woman on the phone pleasant, polite and helpful, but the flowers arrived (locally) within a couple of hours and looked fab - the receiver very happy with them. Pricing was quite reasonable too, so no complaints at all and would happily use The Flower Barrow again. :-)
