   When our previous local florist stopped trading, we came across Urban Flowers and we are so pleased we did. I have ordered flowers for my daughter and teenage granddaughters and they have all been delighted with their bouquets. It’s so nice that one can order ‘petite posy’ for the girls at reasonable cost and add a little treat. And since we live abroad, it’s nice that Bronwen sends us a photo of the flowers sent.

   Had 2 sets of flowers sent to my friends for their shared birthday. It was nice of Bronwyn to send photos of the arrangements to me as not many florists do in my experience. I’ve used this business off and on for many years and it has never let me down. Will definitely be using it in the future.

   Absolutely stunning flowers! There was a mistake made, and the flowers were delivered a week early. The company acknowledged the mistake before I even knew about it and committed to redelivering another bouquet on my sister’s birthday. Both bouquets were phenomenal and Customer Service is outstanding. My sister and I will absolutely always call the shop for any flowers. We deliver from here on out.

They’re friendly, even with their overseas customers, and had taken their time to take the order to make sure they’ve understood what we wanted. Excellent service and value.    I had ordered flowers at Urban Flowers in Sandringham Rd to send flowers to my friend who had a birthday & also her mother had recently passed away. Do I wanted something special. As I don't live in Australia, Bronwen emailed me the flower arrangement ... It was fabulous !! It had my favourite Orchids in amongst the arrangement My friends as so happy with the flowers ... her commented that it is the most stylish arrangement of flowers she has had. I highly recommend Urban Flowers
