   I was really disappointed with my recent online purchase. The item arrived with an inferior paint finish that made it look like a second, even though this wasn’t stated anywhere on the website. When I contacted the shop, I was told that sale items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds, and they offered no help. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from them again
