Never disappointed with the quality of the service. I have been using them for a couple of years with no problems They continue to impress with everything they do.    The flowers for my mother's funeral were ordered from Copseford via the funeral director, but I gave an outline of what I thought my mother liked. I couldn't have asked for better! The casket flowers were just the best varieties and colours, and very generous - loads of roses and lisianthus, not filled with too much greenery (just enough to offset the blooms), really fabulous - and the bouquet ordered separately by my uncle's family matched perfectly and was equally generous. My mother loved flowers and would not have wanted them wasted withering on her grave, so I made the most of them and we had vases going for a good two weeks afterwards. We had used Copseford for my mother's 100th birthday a couple of years before as well - very highly recommended!

   I went into the store to order flowers today and left without doing so as the person behind the counter was so rude. There was no-one else in the store and she didn't look up from her phone to acknowledge me, although I stood there for some time. I won't be returning and would suggest others take their business somewhere more welcoming.
