“Over the years, I’ve tried many gyms, but this one stands out as the best. I really enjoy the 30 minute lunchtime classes - they keep me fit and motivate me to turn up and keep going. The trainers make the sessions both challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommend the classes if you are looking for a bit of motivation or a solid workout! The gym is not overcrowded so you don’t have to wait to use machines like at other gyms which is also great!”

I only started this year, but I must say - i don't think i would have felt as comfortable if Nana, the nurse here at Caci Thordon wasn't as friendly and kind and accepting of all type of silly questions'. I have now come back for lip filler, botox and a cO2 laser treatment and each time Nana has made me feel so comfortable, even with a needle in my lips or forehead. Much love to her!”

“I had my Birthday and was given a voucher to go for a Magnesium Massage, I got to be with Tamara. She was fantastic. She created a calm and relaxing environment, her massage is the best I have ever had in South Africa as well as here in New Zealand. She totally deserves a fantastic review. The Salon is beautifully laid out, clean and welcoming. I have chronic pain and this morning I woke up feeling a huge difference in my body pain. She was able to massage my whole back even the area where I have a bilateral hip and lumbar sprain from a fall at work.I have had Spinal surgery as well and Tamara knew exactly the pressure she needed to use on each part of my body. I am going to go back for futher treatments as this is an idulgence where my Therapist, Tamara is worth every dollar spent. She is excellent , you will not be dissapointed.”

We are very sorry to not be visiting again for a while due to moving overseas but they’ll be the first stop when we return to Papamoa.
