   I had booked an appointment with Studio 128 for a hair updo/bun for an important event. I went there 8 weeks in advance, did a detailed consult, shared photos to make sure they can give me the hair style I wanted. I also informed that I will have a time-crunch on the day and hence needed the appointment to start and end on planned time (45 mins is what I was told it will take). Two days prior to the appointment, I again called and confirmed to ensure everything was on track. On the day, I had to wait for 20 mins before the stylist could start doing me hair. Showed the photos again to remind them what I wanted. After spending one hour, they could not get the hair to look even close to what I wanted.. it was very messy; looked just random bits of hair up in bobby pins. I showed the photos again and asked to get it to look closer.. attempt 2 did not do much.. 1hour and 45 mins later I left the place with some messy loose curls. The stylist apologised saying they could not give me the look I wanted and gave me a "massive" discount for $5 for all my inconvenience. Pic 1 shows what I wanted and Pic 2 shows what I got

   I have been to Studio 128 a few times now for the redlight therapy and Sunbed services. Everyone there is so friendly and the redlight therapy bed makes my skin feel so good, not to mention it improves my mood. I really enjoy going there and highly recommend them.

   I had a wonderful experience at studio128, where my hairdresser, Izzy, was absolutely fantastic. I loved her energy and the way she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a haircut. Studio128 is now my go-to salon.

   What a gorgeous hair studio, a beautiful homely feel and the staff are amazing. I had regrowth and very badly bleach damaged hair and Miranda worked her magic on it. I left feeling blown away with the results.

   Well, what an experience! First-timer after a last-minute cut - had no idea what to expect from this salon in the 'burbs. But what a treat. My stylist, Izzy, was professional and charming from the get go. Incredible shampoo/condition and massage, followed by such care and attention to the cut itself - she really went above and beyond. But there's more! The cast of characters - the two senior stylists (owners, I believe), and one of their regulars, were also nothing but a delight. I spent the first 40 minutes in stitches. It's been a while since I experienced a salon like this, full of interesting personalities and all so affable. And there's a dog! Small and sweet, absolute darling. I cannot recommend this experience enough: you are very much taken care of and feel so very entertained and relaxed by the time you leave. I've probably over-cooked this review and I hope it doesn't come across as non-genuine. But it really was such a unique and unexpected surprise - this salon deserves more good reviews!

   From the moment I walked in the door I felt soo welcome. Greeted by their adorable dog Onyx (massive bonus as love animals) and the lovely John and offered a coffee straight away (second massive bonus as love coffee). Felt really comfortable and the vibe was nice and relaxed. Miranda listened to what I wanted, offered advice and I left with the best haircut I've had in a long time. Super talented and friendly staff who really make the effort to ensure you're looked after. I will deffo be back! thanks soo much!

   Life long eczema sufferer and I'm a regular user of the Luxura tanning capsules particularly in the winter or when I'm having flare ups. I find they work really well for my skin and help control my eczema. The new V8 machine at the salon is really good and what I use now. I would highly recommend trying the machines if you are looking for some relief for eczema. I've found it has been a great solution for me.
