It was raining when I arrived and I was parked at the back. The staff allowed me to came through the back door so I dont have to walk around to the main front door in the rain. Very thoughtful indeed, kind gesture and great customer service which I really appreciated - Miss L
Used to go here some years ago. Now that I've been to different salons for facials, I realised Caci uses cheap products for their "free facials" to get you to sign up for packages...causing more harm than good... which is what led me to try other salons in the 1st place
Everyone here has been amazing. I've personally worked with Georgia and Annaliese so far for a consultation and signature peel and couldn't be happier. Annaliese walked me through each step as she did the peel which made for a relaxing and recharging experience. My skin and looks great and I look forward to returning for a facial in a few months.

Reading others reviews on pricing i have to agree, the focus here is not on the customer its on pricing high as the market can take. They refuse to negotiate on pricing and offer no reason why they are pricing over and above direct competitors. Shopping around is essential now.
It has been many years of thinking about doing something and I was very unsure about whether what I was asking was possible or stupid. The team made me feel real and were very clear in discussing what was possible and likely outcome. The things we do to try and give us more confidence and improve or self worth are important and they made me feel like I wasn’t weird in doing something that I think is positive for me, thanks team
I love Caci Merivale! I've been going for a couple years now and the team are friendly and professional. My skin loves it ;) I especially love visiting Andrea the nurse who is an expert and has helped transformed my skin to a much healthier glowy state. She has suggested great options for my face treatments and is super kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Ladies are always lovely to deal with and the calibre of the service I feel is of a high standard. Little on the expensive side.
