Lovely staff and its not a chaotic hair salon. I'm always on the seat ontime and out within a decent time frame. Maritsa is a great hairdresser. Good advice, explains why ideas will or won't work. Good selection if hair care. Always happy.
Mariza is a great hairdresser. Not only does she listen but she hears exactly what I am wanting. Which is hard when I myself am never sure how to put it in to words. Great conversation. Fantastic experience for my first dry curly cut. Nigel was absolutely amazing and helped me with managing my curls without getting overwhelmed. I had a disastrous hair balayage done here two days ago. I asked for a deluxe balayage so that my natural hair color would fade better into the blonde highlights I had but I walked out with brittle, broken hair and a coppery and very poorly done color. The blonde highlights she put in are streaky and look like chunky zebra stripes. I contacted Vivo and they’ve offered a in-salon treatment and colour correction. I informed them I’m in self-isolation and I am traveling next week and asked for a treatment they could give me that I could do at home but I was told that their offer for an in-house treatment stands so I have to wait another three weeks until I return for my hair to be treated. I am mortified that not only has this happened but that they can’t offer me a solution considering my situation.
