   Such a beautiful salon the lovely ladies here are extremely lovely and really know their stuff. Had a hydrating facial after years of neglecting my skin and omgosh I feel brand new.    I’ve been a returning customer for a few months, not only because the service is great but the staff are lovely, friendly and their attention to detail is something truly creditable. My most recent visit was for a keratin treatment, and a facial. Just a little treat for myself, I came by their recommendation because they’d seen the state of my hair it was rough and frizzy. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my hairs quality; smooth and clean. My facial left my face glowing for the days following. I’ve even bought family to the salon that were equally thrilled with their service. The prices can beat most other salons and are reasonably priced, they’re always doing great specials on prices too so you have to get an appointment in fast with the Pukekohe salon!

   Really bad experience, the staff were talking smack about each other to me - super awkward. I got my nails done and they were hairy- didn’t get wiped down after with alcohol because it was gel. Got told the colour I wanted was boring so she made me choose a bright colour that I didn’t want. Everything was dirty, used a dirty bowl with dirty water to soak my hands. Not professional at all. Staff also told me they weren’t qualified which was shocking. Seemed like a bad work environment. Came back and got them to redo it - which they were happy too but really rushed it. Nails also flaked and chipped after 2-3 days ( I wasn’t doing anything that would damage nails)Just a really bad experience and I won’t ever go again. Super disappointed:( This last year November when i decided to treat myself. Thought over to post or not but it was just such a bad experience that i felt like i should

   I had the pleasure of meeting Mel today. It has been awhile since getting a wax so naturally a bit nervous. Mel was absoloutely fabulous-efficient, great chat and made me feel so comfortable esp given I am 39wks pregnant. Lovely, clean set up re the shop. Highly recommend to others and I will make this my regular/preferred business choice. Thanks and Merry Xmas!
