In general Marina is amazing. Delivery of services aside, she has great vibes, a wonderful demeanour and is lovely to talk to/interact with. Sarah as well is always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

August2025 - I had a facial appointment at Caci Clinic NorthWest. Easy parking within the NorthWest shopping mall parking area upstairs. I was greeted by name as I entered which made me feel very welcome. My treatment provider Hannah, who I have seen before for other treatments, was also very welcoming. I felt like a well known friend returning for a catchup. My treatment was divine and just what I needed for emotional wellbeing!!
I have been going to Caci Northwest for 3 years and love Marina for her chattiness and humour while she is working on my face. Sarah always welcomes me with a hug when I walk through the door which I really appreciate❤️❤️❤️
Friendly team that are very attentive. Started my 'better skin' journey with them and trying the microneedling- I would highly recommend it.
I have tried to contact the clinic regarding my horrific masseter Botox experience which has left me not being able to smile as too much was out in and in the wrong place. This is a warning to anyone going there for Botox treatment I paid the most for Botox then anywhere else ( nz and worldwide ) and now I can’t smile. I have been getting this treatment for over 10 years once a year and this has not happened to me anywhere else. I also asked to still be able to move my forehead which I can’t but this isn’t the biggest issue , when you can’t smile the same it’s very obvious that something isn’t quiet right .Tread carefully
I was treated with a lot of care while having a facial and felt so relaxed. The Beauty Therapist was amazing! Will look forward to coming back again soon ❤️
I had the hydradermabrasion treatment and I could feel zaps from the electric current even though the website does not mention that on some parts of the face the current might be felt. The staff did not properly go through the possible side effects and post treatment advice as well after the treatment as well. A few days after I noticed a slightly pale patch with exposed veins. Unfortunately, these wonderful ladies aren't dermatologists and I doubt they are fully capable of really understanding my skin.
The team at Caci Northwest are amazing!!! So lovely and professional and my skin has changed so much in the short time I’ve been going there! Highly recommend them
