From day one, everything I’ve ordered has been smooth and hassle-free. When a PLM Superlow Seat Rail Kit arrived with a bent bracket, they sorted it out right away. Later on, I had an issue with 2 front brake rotors (after holding onto them for a while during a full brake rebuild and upgrade + master cyl upgrade). I asked to return them, and they accepted and refunded me—no drama at all Since then, I’ve spent a lot with them across 2024 and 2025, and they’ve consistently been professional and transparent. One part was air-freighted, and when I asked for an update, they told me exactly where it was in the process. Their communication is excellent—via email, their website, and even over the phone. If you're unsure about something, their technical knowledge and support are top-tier. Theyre clearly passionate about cars, and it shows not just in their service but also in the welcoming and friendly events they host for the community. I first came here about 8 months ago and I was lucky to meet Marco there who spent a considerable amount of time with me, listening and giving me advice. The store can get busy but it is because they truly care about the customers and won't try to rush you or be pushy. Athlete's Foot has the best sales among all the sports shoe stores, which is important for me because shoes can get really expensive. If you are a Parkrunner, you get extra discount too. Whenever I come here, I feel that the store's goal is not to sell me something expensive and see me out, but to keep me coming back. Great job!”
