   Ordered a part over the phone, said I was coming down soon to collect it, upon arrival I was told the part had been sold to a trade customer, they refused to sell it to me, then I was verbally abused and threatened by the manager.

   If they are getting something in for you, call to check it is there first as the ordering between branches is sketchy. And get a written quote so the price doesn't magically boost by 10% when you pick it up. Mixed service, but slow every time I have been there. Worth checking the internet first too, as some products are way cheaper, delivered, than being picked up at this place. Pretty hard to recommend. Won't be going back.
