   Very disappointing experience. We went to Bond and Co on 26 December and found the store closed. We assumed it was just a holiday issue, but when we went again today (Saturday at 1pm), it was still closed. This is despite their website clearly stating they are open Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, and a sign on the door saying the same thing. This is completely unacceptable. If the shop is going to be closed, they need to update their website or at the very least put a clear notice on the door explaining the closure dates and when they will reopen. We wasted our time twice because of incorrect information. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

   Great shopping experience last weekend - I needed a dress shirt for a black tie function so went in to check out what they had on offer. Jason listened to my needs and suggested something and I purchased after trying it on.    I ordered a suit from another crowd in town, and when it arrived the sizes were all wrong (a week before my wedding). Went into Bond & Co needing a miracle and Jason went above the beyond. He had a suit ready for me within a day! The service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

   Best for service, advice and buys. They do suits & suit hire. This men's wear is about quality, fashion and style. It has to fit and it has to look good on you. I don't know the couple but if you like cricket the boss man will bend your ear on the latest black caps stats. Certainly a classy trio. Thank you for helping choose my new outfit. BTW if trousers need trimming its FREE

   I recently purchased trousers and shirts from Bond and co Tauranga The service I received was 10 out of 10,nothing was to much trouble and made my shopping experience very easy. I did have one problem with My shirt alterations, when I contacted them about it, they apologise and rectify the problem immediately to my satisfaction, Which tells me that they value their customers .They gave me great service and would have no problem. In recommending them to anyone, Quality product quality Service. David
