My experience this morning in your tauranga store was second to none. Oscar's knowledge and keen eye was able to steer me in the right direction with a new set of irons with the optimum shaft option, answering all the questions I had and even sending me away with some work ons . Awesome, friendly service from the team here. I went in looking to either upgrade my irons or pick up a 7-wood to add to my bag, and I walked out with a properly fitted 7-wood and the reassurance that my current irons are just fine. By comparison, when I visited another local golf store, aside from the standard “Hello” when I walked in, there was no service or help at all.
Nick and the team were an amazing help and made the buying experience very enjoyable! Definitely will be back.
An email to me showed Sketchers slip in golf shoes reduced from $299 to $99. I drove half an hour to visit the store only to have it pointed out to me the small writing in the email which said the deal only applied to size 14 so my size 11 was still full price. It was an obvious hook as it didn't take long for them to offer me other shoes. This is an edit: I received a reply from the manager who apologised for the clarity of the email and compensated my dissatisfaction with a dozen Srixon golf balls. They will do their best to ensure future marketing emails make it absolutely clear what it is they are selling.

This is a review from someone that doesnt or didn't know alot about golf. Thankgoodness I came here. I was very nervous to start playing golf as now being a bit older i cant keep playing my sport of choice. Cam who was super friendly and the manager of the shop. He took I lot of time to walk me through the basics and was super excited about me taking up a new hobby. His guidence and attitude to making sure I was well informed what courses are around to play at. I left suoer happy and ha e been back several tines and Cam is always excited to ask how my game is going and giving me great tips. Thanks team for making me fall in love with my new sport and making me feel like part of the gokf ommunity.
I always love going to this store, the staff are always extremely helpful! Nick always knows exactly what to recommend and what I’m after based on some nerdy descriptions. I highly recommend this store to everyone!
