   Zero customer service for these crowed Do not buy your needs from these crowed. No return is accepted if you decided even in 10 minutes time to change your product and zero friendly communication with front desk guy. Not suggested at all comparing other businesses in same field they are totally zero.

   Customer service was terrible. Made to feel like a nuisance because it wasn't an easy bulk order. Couldn't order exactly what I wanted but did the job. Buying more nuts and washers they didn't match last time, I returned four bolts worth but they wouldn't take them back because they were not frequent sellers. Everything is highly inflated, then they try to make you feel better with 0, 25, 50% off.
