   I purchased a car seat couple of weeks ago. I believe it was Sandeep who helped me. She provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable, knows what she is talking about. She recommended a different seat than I was looking for and cant say thank you enough as my kid enjoying the new seat. I had to come twice to store to buy it as she was occupied the first time. Lady has patience of saint and coming to store second time was worthwile to be served by her. Amazing experience from Sandeep

   Not sure I'd shop here again. Used to be a great shop with knowledgeable staff. Today went in to buy a baby swing and none of the staff had any insight to the swings and none of the 3 staff on duty seemed to be able to understand much English. Had we of been able to get the swing at another store we would have gone elsewhere. Even had to buy the display swing at FULL price as she couldn't understand what I meant when I asked if she could order one in for me to collect at a later date. I'd highly suggest only going here if you know exactly what you are after and you don't have any questions. Very disappointing with today's visit.

   Wifey picked up some stuff for baby but was the wrong size so they allowed us to change it no problems. Friendly service and up-beat enthusiasm. Quick and easy on changing the item. Just had to drive 25 min to get to the store. 5 stars if was closer/in Welcome Bay.
