“The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”

“I love this phamacy, enough to write a review, which I hardly ever do. This is much more of a personal service, than a giant chemist. Robyn is amazing, if I have an issue, I speak to her and she always provides me with amazing service and knowledge on excellent products for my issues. Her understanding on vitamins for certain ailments and which ones she'd recommend, have always helped my family and I. I highly recommend this phamacy.”

“Absolutely cannot fault the service we received here! I emailed earlier in the week to enquire about the duration of a sale and they responded promptly. We went in today to purchase three car seats in order to fit three across in our vehicle. Jen served us and went absolutely above and beyond. She helped us to pick the right seats, talking us through pros and cons of a few seats, she then helped us to trial the fit for the three and then properly install all of them. All this on a stinking hot day, while being lovely to our two preschoolers. “You can find the smallest of knick knacks, art & craft, simple hardware that you need there. Extremely fun place to be. It is organised enough as a place without being too 'frilly'. Baskets/trolleys for customers available as it is a big warehouse place.”

“Lovely store. Well laid out, spacious, good lighting, good range of products, friendly staff. We are just visiting the area for a short time so could not buy much but my daughter was pleased to find VerMints (the ginger mint flavour, which I was first introduced to by a friend in the US and they can be hard to find in NZ), coconut water, and Proper Crisps corn chips (which can be hard to find in our home town). We also got some Clipper tea advent calendars for her and her sister later this year.”

She listened to my many queries and was patient, expressing her knowledge and expertise about different options and a range of products.
