I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”

“I got my oil change and replaced three old tyres and with an hour of replacing, I hit a kerb in Island Bay and ruptured my sidewall of the passenger side new tyre . I called the store and Erwin ( Adelaide road store Manager) attended the call while he was supposed to shut the store within 15 minutes, understood my situation with empathy and immediately sprung into action . He went above and beyond his working hours in assisting me with the removal of the punctured tyre and replaced with a new one . ERWIN YOU WERE MY GUARDIAN ANGEL THIS EVENING and I owe my sincerest thanks to you .”

“I'm from the north and really scared of Auckland mostly South and West of dodgy mechanics who scam because we've had a lot of encounters. But these guys omg, car broke down I towed it to them, a little family run business by the looks, they were very honest and caring. They took care of the car repaired the fuel system drained the fuel and re topped which was the cause, and told me that was it, no more damage. They did recommend other stuff but was just a side note and car can still drive and operate normally now. No pressure no nothing. I drove car out couple days after repair and it was completely immaculate and drove back north. And yes another trusted mechanic up here said I should change exactly what they recommended that day. I scheduled an appointment, we were very impressed by how honest, and lovely the owner was explaining and showing us what needs to be fixed. Within three hours, the car was thoroughly inspected, quite a few known faults of the car when it was purchased were fixed, and a new WOF was issued. The pricing was also very competitive.
