Recently, I found myself in a stressful situation with a flat tire while I had my baby with me. As you can imagine, it was quite overwhelming! Being a woman, I always get suspicious w mechanics and getting ripped off for price but this wasn’t the case. Fortunately, I was recommended this place, and I decided to give it a try, even without an appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work on fixing my tyre without any hassle. I truly appreciated their professionalism and the way they handled everything with care, especially considering I had my little one with me. If you ever find yourself in a bind like I was, I highly recommend this shop. They turned a stressful day into a much more manageable one. Thank you for your excellent service!
I'm from the north and really scared of Auckland mostly South and West of dodgy mechanics who scam because we've had a lot of encounters. But these guys omg, car broke down I towed it to them, a little family run business by the looks, they were very honest and caring. They took care of the car repaired the fuel system drained the fuel and re topped which was the cause, and told me that was it, no more damage. They did recommend other stuff but was just a side note and car can still drive and operate normally now. No pressure no nothing. I drove car out couple days after repair and it was completely immaculate and drove back north. And yes another trusted mechanic up here said I should change exactly what they recommended that day.
