Highly recommended! Brydie has been fantastic to deal with. Supply and delivery of the part I ordered was super efficient (dispatched minutes after I had placed the order and delivered overnight to Tauranga). I ordered the incorrect part - my fault entirely - and Brydie has been awesome in assisting me with the return and replacement correct part.
Dealt with them via trade me, I rang up this shop for advice and she was really helpful and knowledgeable .so with that I got my crank angle sensor [geniune oem part ]from them instead of the cheaper option.no regrets cheers guys

Absolute Professionals. To begin with, excellent customer service from people who know what they're talking about. I finalized my order at approx 1:30pm with a note asking if I could pay extra for express shipping. At 1:32pm I received a call explaining all my options and their free shipping was already the fastest for me. The picture below shows the rest of the story, my parcel was on it's way within 4 minutes. I can't recommend them enough, and will be sharing their info with my local Repco who often refer customers when their stock doesn't cover the vehicles. And, after all of that? Very, very reasonably priced. Give them a call, they're likely your best option.
Today, I went to the Sensor Pro Workshop and bought 4 ignition coil for my Honda Fit 1.3L. The store owner only asked for my car plate number and was very confident in giving me the right ignition coil for my car. At first, I told the store owner that what if it couldn't be installed, and she told me to just put one in and check the size. If it fit, there would be absolutely no problem. She was also very confident that this was the exact one I needed. She explained to me that there are 4 types of ignition coils for the Honda Fit 1.3L engine, and that the Honda Fit also has a 1.5L engine, which many people get confused about. For example, the sales staff at some auto stores weren't entirely sure which one was right for me. After buying it today, I installed it right away. I feel that the product quality is very good and comes with a 12-month warranty. After the installation and test drive, there was absolutely no problem. I'm very happy because I had previously purchased twice and had to return both of them, which was a huge waste of time. I feel very lucky to visit the Sensor Pro workshop to buy it. The store owner is very professional, patient and the communication was very efficient. Thus, I highly recommend Sensor Pro to guys who are on the fence or looking.

I had a long drawn out process and didn't get a full refund.. I even had to courier it back even though the photos I sent showed the tip was ground on internal motor parts. This ordeal cost us a lot of time and money to work out what went wrong. These people blamed my mechanic for their long aftermarket sensor that was not fit for the purpose. BEWARE we had a huge lesson learnt for dealing with these people and their products and wouldn't buy their aftermarket parts or FROM them again. U even advised them we measured their aftermarket sensor with an OE quality sensor that we replaced their faulty part with. I now only go to OR ORDER from Pan Pacific Auto Electronics to buy quality sensors, Thanks
