    Difficult shop to find. The location isn’t correctly marked on Google Maps, and I ended up going around asking nearby shops. A few people even mentioned that customers often come asking because the place is hard to locate. After finally finding the right spot with the help of others, the shop was closedβ€”even though the listed opening time is 10am. The owner didn’t respond when I messaged asking if they could open early, and when I arrived they said they wouldn’t open until 11am. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I don’t recommend going here.

    Just bought a battery from North Shore Batteries. Found them here and saw that they are local. Rae was incredibly accommodating. Opened up for us on Matariki. Really appreciate the excellent service!

    Called to request a quote, but the person who answered didn’t sound very professional β€” almost like I’d just woken them up. I was asked to text my details for a quote, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Ended up going to Supercheap Auto instead β€” much more helpful and welcoming.
