I recently bought brake pads and rotors for my Subaru Impreza from Part Master. Most parts were available at the store and a couple of other parts arrived promptly and I was able to collect these items in a couple of hours. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the parts were all of great quality great prices. Highly recommend.

Initial interaction wasn’t the best. If I hadn’t informed the person behind the counter that the part master website had information on the parts I wanted he wouldn’t have looked. I’m sure if I wasn’t judged at the counter my interaction would have been better. Im not there to be judged on what I drive I’m there to ask for a part or help with a part. In the end the guy behind the counter did have a look but only after me saying the sight had something.
These guys are top notch and know there stuff. Been coming here for 25yrs and have never ever to to return a part that was wrong. Its always right the first time! If a part isn't in stock it will be there that afternoon or first thing the next morning...none of this waiting a week or more like other places. Very very friendly team behind the counter who are always up for a chat! Cheers guys

i went to this shop to purchase a fan sensor for my car on friday 28/09/18 and the guy at the counter said it's $30 dollars pick up on monday and i said ok order me one i went to look at a tool while he]s ordering the part i came back and said it's 60 dollars and the part will be available on tuesday the price just went up amazing how the price just went up just like that may be because i'm an islander anyway i paid for it just want to get out of there before my blood pressure reach boiling point well i'm picking up the part on tuesday 2/10/18 and not happy about the price what i' saying is when you say the price you shouldn't changed it seconds seconds later bad service may be it's the colour of my skin that's all i can think off i mean the price didn't go up 10 dollars more it went up double if that's how you treat your customer [t's sad feel sorry for you and the people you work for
Never been to partmaster. Central park drive Henderson. Even though I work on central park drive for 20 yrs but turn left to go home And they are turn right ..The best & As smart on to it sales person made me feel like the most important person .The help you gave me and just the way you did it was one of the best ever in my 50 +yrs thank you Asher Fraser name taken from sales Quote .
