“Just off the main road which we found out a little bit after we moved in but we’re glad their there. Awesome family that run the shop and is usually our go to when we only need a couple items. When the lockdown happened this year it was fantastic to go to them for our shopping, it wasn’t crowded and they had the things we were after.”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Outstanding service. A Refreshing Change! My sister had a fantastic experience at Noel Leeming Napier today after a disappointing attempt to shop online with Bose. The team not only sorted out some Bose headphones quickly and efficiently but also sorted out an excellent price without hesitation. The manager went above and beyond – offering the kind of genuine, old-fashioned service that’s so rare these days. It was such a refreshing change! “Went down today and the chips were abit over cooked for my liking. BUT asked the owner for a fresh batch and she was more the happy to cook fresh and tasty chips as she was busy training other workers and didn't notice the chips were over cooking in the cabinet. Felt good leaving the store knowing they actually listen to their consumers . When I go in nearly everyday you can count on the shop to be fresh and the shop keeper to always have a nice big smile on there face .”
