Shenae was incredibly helpful! Despite how busy it was and with one staff member in training, she still made time to check in on us while our sale was being processed. She managed to assist her own customers and support us and the trainee at the same time.
Had a very bad experience. Went to buy AirPods from a store in Napier and 2 of the staff ignored us and went inside the little room at the back, There were other staff members helping other customers. we waited almost 15 minutes but no Help, seriously Wouldn't recommend going there. I reviewed 3 years ago & left poor feedback but I'm changing & updating. Yesterday service was fab! Tegan the customer service e team member knew her stuff, treated her customers with respect & went the extra step. This was a follow up of great customer service from a call on Sunday. So overall very pleased!
The service was okay, but it left a lot to be desired. Customer care could definitely be improved, especially in how they communicate and solve issues. There’s room for a much better experience
STAY AWAY from Spark Napier what ever you do. I was there today and 2 staff members told me separately that my phone was no longer functional , I would loose all my contacts Apps and data. They signed me up for a new phone at $650. I went across the road to Instant Tech Solutions and the helpful owner had my old phone fully functional in less than 30 seconds. I went back to Spark and got a refund in full and a very insincere apology from the manager. Yes I am a pensioner and they saw me as a mug and signed me up for a new phone and thus collect commission or rewards STAY AWAY
We were at the store yesterday and had the good fortune of being served by Jemma. She would have to be one of the best service people we have encountered ever. All I can say is you are very lucky to have her in your store. ,
My friends cellphone connection got damaged. The lady that helped us promised nothing but gave the socket a clean out. It fixed it. Got us out of deep stress with a flat battery and no backup. Back up your phone!
