Being a Coeliac it was a treat to see something different other than a solitary Chocolate Brownie that a lot of Cafes have just to say there is a GF option. SoHo had a number of GF options. The slice was to die for. Got it heated and it was just heaven. One of the nicest slices I’ve ever had. I’ll be back Soho. Thankyou. Great spot”

“If you are coming to Napier, the Art Deco Masonic Hotel is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are clean, fun, and comfortable. We originally only had a booking for 2 days but loved Napier and the hotel so much we booked an extra 2 days at the hotel. Victor at reception, and all the hotel’s staff, are very kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, everything is walkable from it, and you’re right in the middle of downtown art deco center. When we return to Napier we will be staying at the Art Deco Masonic again!”

“This was the best meal I've had at a restaurant in ages. Attentive and friendly service, pleasant surroundings. The food was fantastic, great value for the money. We enjoyed the gnocchi with oyster and lions mane mushrooms, as well as the perfectly cooked tarakihi fillet with asparagus, shredded fennel, wilted greens and salsa verde. A good wine list and beautiful Little City kombucha completed our meal. We will be back next time we're in this part of the country.”

“Just nipped in for lunch and wow, the craft beer selection here is incredible! I had a milk stout, my partner a ginger and mandarin – best drinks ever! The manager was lovely and so attentive, and the bar staff were all super helpful. The food was amazing too – the steak was cooked perfectly, so buttery and tender, it practically melted in your mouth! Can't wait to come back!”

All the wines we tried we liked and we bought 6 bottles because they were all so good.
