   My partner and I stopped into Giant Brewing Company in Havelock North for a quick beer — our first time visiting — and we were blown away by how much we enjoyed it. It was busy, which is always a good sign, but the atmosphere still felt relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming. My partner is pretty new to different types of beer, so I walked him through the options on tap, and we ended up trying a couple we really enjoyed. The overall vibe, the quality of the beer, and the energy of the space made it a memorable experience… so memorable that almost a year later, I still think about it and had to finally write this review! Huge shout-out to Giant Brewing Company — whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. The staff were great, the environment was fantastic, and it was just one of those places where you immediately feel at home. We’ll be back in December or January, and we will definitely be stopping by again. Thank you for creating such a great brewhouse experience!

   Food was good and generous. Beer flight is a 'choose your own adventure ' which is nice. (The NZ Pale was the pick of the bunch). It was quiet when we were there, so hard to gauge what the atmosphere might be like at other times.

   Great little micro Brewery and Public House in Havelock North. They've got seven of their own beers on tap plus a few other guest beers, and Hawkes Bay Brewery's Ginger Fusion in cans to try. Nice to meet you Chris, long may your business continue to thrive. Grab some Chicken Bites and chips from 'Gina's' while you're there to fill the gap.

   Nice place, I had a Japanese inspired Poke bowl. Very tasty, almost as much as the beer. Good service, within the current alert level rules. Alittle funny paying for drinks and food separately but other than that no problem.
