Always helpful and knowledgeable, especially today, posting a parcel over seas, so helpful with extra details that can be hard to handle, thank you to the young woman for her kindness. I am sorry to hear the Post Shop is closing. Best wishes to the Pharmacy in it's new location.”

“This one worker her name was Jade, I always see her there and she is the best worker I've ever seen. She once helped me out of a locked changing room, helped a little kid after they tripped, got something for this old lady off a tall shelf, hyped up this girl in some shoes she wanted to buy, and even helped this guy pick out a nice scarf for his wife. Once I accidentally was short five dollars and she payed the rest. This girl is amazing and deserves so much more than she is paid. Praise this woman she is beautiful on the inside aswell as the outside.”

“Went down today and the chips were abit over cooked for my liking. BUT asked the owner for a fresh batch and she was more the happy to cook fresh and tasty chips as she was busy training other workers and didn't notice the chips were over cooking in the cabinet. Felt good leaving the store knowing they actually listen to their consumers . When I go in nearly everyday you can count on the shop to be fresh and the shop keeper to always have a nice big smile on there face .”

“We were visiting Havelock North shopping for groceries to make dinner and discovered they have cooked roast meat, gravy and roast vegetables! Very reasonably priced. And the young man was so helpful. It was a lovely surprise...and in a supermarket! Check it out people. A new nicely appointed New World. Different location but still handy to town.”

“This store has always been amazing and the people have always been amazing from the time that I was just a simple customer to now a worker I would like to thank the Woolworths family for their guidance over the years. The times have been altered on the Woolworths website. Google is not run by Woolworths however can be edited after further approval from Google. “Very spacious for the cats. Supportive and loving care for your cats if they are elderly and need extra special care. Worth the little extra cost for piece of mind knowing you have vet nurses available who can deal with any issues and medication.”

“Reliable even during high season”

“The staff there smile when they looked at me, which is hard to find at a lot of places of business. I found the pharmacy very easy to walk around, but the men's care products are unfortunately not as abundant as I expected, on the contrary they have Old Spice. And a Pikachu was on the counter there how could I not give you 5str. Also in that 5str was just the loving "aura" from the floor staff. The pharmacy is attached to a supermarket so very convenient, you can get your pharmacy products before or after your weekly shop.”

“As a walk in patient my wait was around 30mins as Im not from Napier it was lovely to have a caring Nurse and Dr I appreciated the time and care given. Thank you very much.”

“I have to preface this by saying that i had a really bad experience with someone who helps take the calls for The Doctors company itself but...... I was met with a phone call which i was highly disappointed with and whilst in a lot of pain was the last thing i wanted to deal with. I then went onto ask if i could speak to a nurse and was told because i have some outstanding fees that i would have to pay before i could talk to anyone at the practice....... Anyway While i waited for a nurse to call me back with all my faith in the health system in NZ lost i was met by 1 call from a nurse called Jill and another call from a nurse called Nicky from the Green Meadows practice. These 2 ladies were absolutely incredible and made me feel like they really cared about patients and the job they are passionate about. It made my day and completely restored my faith that there are people in this industry who still care and do there absolute best to help when you are sick or need medical advice. 5 Stars for Nicky & Jill thank you for your support!”
